Workamper News has an excellent program, Awesome Applicants, to help those working on the road find great jobs and to help employers find awesome employees.

Now those looking for a job can complete a Fact Finder sharing their background, experience and skills. They also share how they would like to be compensated, how much they would like to work, what time of year they would like to work and what parts of the country they would like to work in. Employees have the option of providing individual pictures of themselves and their RV.

Employers can search the data base for potential employees based on the information the Awesome Applicants have provided then download the detailed information and photos (if they wish).

This program is a real time saver for everyone and very effective at bringing awesome employees and employers together.
